Royal Food Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Assistant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of our production processes, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify and address any issues.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and report to management as required.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of production strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food production industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
