📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage patient inquiries and appointments using MaxiCareConnect CRM system
• Provide accurate and compassionate information to patients regarding medical services and procedures
• Maintain and update patient records and medical histories
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient care and follow-up
• Handle patient complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Assist in organizing and managing medical documentation and reports
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of patient care and service
• Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Graduate of a recognized medical allied program (e.g., Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiography, Pharmacy, etc.)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or medical allied role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
