📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns.,Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions to improve overall performance.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports for the restaurant.,Work closely with the senior management team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with restaurant operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and staff scheduling.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
