Lead and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality design output.,Develop and execute design projects, including branding, advertising, and digital media.,Create visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.,Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.,Ensure timely delivery of design projects and meet project deadlines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure we are always ahead of the curve.,Maintain and update our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.,Provide feedback and guidance to the marketing team on design-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, advertising, and digital media.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with design trends and technologies, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
