📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Translate and localize product descriptions, marketing materials, and customer communications into Mandarin.,Ensure all translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and aligned with our brand voice.,Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure our messaging is consistent across all channels.,Conduct quality checks to maintain the highest standards of translation accuracy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in localization.,Assist in the development and implementation of localization strategies for new markets.,Provide feedback on the effectiveness of localized content and suggest improvements.,Support the localization team in training and onboarding new Mandarin-speaking employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken).,Proven experience in localization or translation, preferably in the e-commerce or fintech industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian culture and business practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian.,Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of localization tools and software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field is preferred.
