(Remote) Inventory Staff

Shine Shop Mandiri is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting our sales team.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Update inventory system with sales and purchase orders.
• Assist in the organization and storage of inventory.
• Support the sales team with product availability information.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely restocking.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly inventory reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal English and Indonesian.
• Flexibility to work remote hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
