📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the organization's growth and development.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.,Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and providing strategic financial advice.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems, accounting software, and data analysis tools.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
