📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth fleet operations,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance schedules,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Manage and maintain fleet documentation and records,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs,Conduct regular inspections and audits of the fleet to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
