📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing employee documents, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Maintain a positive and welcoming work environment by addressing employee concerns and assisting with employee relations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in employee training and development programs.,Conduct basic HR data analysis and reporting.,Assist in the coordination of HR events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Bilingual in English and Indonesian is a plus.
