📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all cleaning protocols and standards are met.
• Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to housekeeping staff, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections of healthcare facilities to identify areas needing improvement.
• Implement and enforce cleaning schedules, inventory control, and equipment maintenance programs.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with facility managers, nurses, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to housekeeping operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as industry-specific standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in healthcare facilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility management standards and regulations.
