📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the branch.

Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve branch targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for the regional office.

Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.

Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
