📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic investment plan to drive the company’s growth in Southeast Asia’s emerging markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact investment opportunities through extensive market research and due diligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and finalize investment deals, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial and operational goals.
• Oversee the execution of investment initiatives from inception to completion, monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential investors, partners, and industry leaders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the executive team, highlighting the status of investment opportunities and the overall performance of the investment portfolio.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the investment team, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in corporate venture management or investment banking.
• Proven track record of identifying and executing successful investment opportunities in emerging markets.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk assessment.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Certification in corporate finance or investment management is a plus.
• Familiarity with investment tools and software such as Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Dealogic.
• Ability to travel extensively for business purposes, including to Southeast Asia’s emerging markets.
