📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks using professional coffee equipment such as La Marzocco machines.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Train and mentor junior baristas to uphold our high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Create and present daily specials and seasonal menu items to keep our customers engaged.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied with their coffee experience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our coffee operations.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper handling and storage of coffee beans and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee environment.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based drinks.
• Experience with La Marzocco or similar high-end coffee machines is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
