PT Tambang Hasta is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our fleet, contributing to the overall success of our mining operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Handle driver recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate regular reports.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless fleet operations.,Respond to emergency situations and coordinate necessary actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with mining operations and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language is required.
