As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality of our food, and leading a team of skilled chefs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.,Optimize kitchen efficiency and reduce food waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Valid food handler's license and other relevant certifications.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
