📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Administer personnel records, including payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration among team members.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Indonesian and Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
