In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
