In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both retail and wholesale.,Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
