📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of heavy equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
• Work with the sales team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of equipment to customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners using Mandarin to facilitate smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
