📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and ironing linens and textiles.
• Ensure all linens and towels are clean, pressed, and ready for use in guest rooms and public areas.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Follow and adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination and maintain a sanitary environment.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of laundry equipment and supplies, reporting any issues to the laundry supervisor.
• Assist in stock control and inventory management of laundry supplies and equipment.
• Participate in regular cleaning and maintenance of the laundry and linen storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures related to laundry and housekeeping operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in laundry and linen housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of laundry operations, including washing, drying, and ironing techniques.
• Familiarity with hotel laundry management software, such as LaundryPro or similar systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.
• Valid certification in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP or similar.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, and to stand for long periods of time.
