Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to perform their tasks effectively.,Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.,Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support business operations and decision-making processes.,Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data by implementing robust data quality controls and processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.,Create and present data visualizations and reports to stakeholders, communicating complex data in a clear and concise manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our data analysis capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on leading data analysis efforts.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.,Understanding of data governance and data security principles and practices.
