📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.
  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Monitor food costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage and train kitchen staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Experience in menu planning and cost control.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local culinary practices and ingredients.
  • Valid food handler's certificate.
