📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement store strategies that drive sales and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Monitor store inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
