📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons tailored to students' needs and learning styles.
• Assess students' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback.
• Utilize educational software such as Rosetta Stone and Pimsleur to supplement classroom instruction.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into your lessons.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new educational programs.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's educational standards.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to express themselves confidently.
• Assist in organizing cultural events and activities that celebrate the Chinese language and heritage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in Mandarin language instruction.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language (HSK Level 4 or higher).
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
