As a Packaging Manager, you will lead a team of packaging engineers and designers, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions, leveraging tools like SAP and Adobe Creative Suite. This role is perfect for a professional with 5-7 years of experience in packaging management, holding a degree in Packaging Technology or related field, and holding a relevant certification such as IPIM (Institute of Packaging Professionals) or equivalent.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the development and implementation of packaging strategies that align with Godrej's sustainability goals.
- Manage a team of packaging engineers and designers, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 22000 and FDA.
- Monitor and optimize packaging costs, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the packaging industry.
- Implement and maintain packaging management systems using tools like SAP and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Represent Godrej Consumer Products Indonesia at industry events and conferences.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in packaging management.
- Certification in IPIM (Institute of Packaging Professionals) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 22000 and FDA.
- Proficient in using packaging management software, such as SAP and Adobe Creative Suite.
