📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain learning technology platforms, including LMS (Learning Management System) and other educational tools.
• Provide technical support and training to faculty, staff, and students.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
• Develop and deliver professional development workshops and webinars for academic staff.
• Collaborate with IT and academic departments to address technical issues and support instructional needs.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in learning and teaching.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning technology services at SUSS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning technology administration or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms, such as Blackboard, Moodle, or Canvas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with multimedia and web development tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-learning standards and best practices.
