📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Manage the store's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
