📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-effective solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring that they are installed correctly and meet all performance requirements.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting services to ensure the optimal performance of our clients' HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the HVAC industry, and apply this knowledge to our projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to our clients, helping them to maximize the performance and efficiency of their HVAC systems.
• Participate in safety inspections and audits to ensure that our projects meet all safety and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong background in system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software like AutoCAD Mechanical, DuctCAD, or similar.
• Certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified HVAC Designer (CHVD), or Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional (CIAQP) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations, particularly those in Sulawesi Selatan.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency standards and best practices.
