As a Barista at Tealive Plus Pavilion, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including our signature bubble teas, smoothies, and specialty coffees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including bubble teas, smoothies, and specialty coffees
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals
• Stay updated on product offerings and new menu items
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, blenders, and other beverage preparation equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for creating delicious beverages
