📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Support the legal team in managing corporate governance, including board meetings and shareholder communications.
• Provide administrative support to the legal department, including document management and filing.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in legal training and professional development programs.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and procedures for the legal department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the hospitality and tech-driven accommodation sector.
